Team Q&A: Steven Natale – Business Development Representative

How did your previous life prepare you for Virtual Peaker? 

My background is in relationship building,  with a focus on partnership and collaboration! I bring my knowledge of sales, business development, and events to the table. I enjoy solving problems, creating partnerships and optimizing for efficiency. I believe we have a duty to reduce our carbon footprint in order to assure we leave the planet able to be enjoyed for future generations.

Tell us about your role at Virtual Peaker. 

I’m on the new business development team, which means my goal is to help our customers solve their energy demand related problems, identify areas for improvement, and create lasting partnerships between Virtual Peaker and key stakeholders in the utility sector. This is done through a culmination of outreach, partnership with marketing, and boots on the ground at local and national events. I’m really excited that I was able to get involved right away with Distributech 2025! 

How do you personally engage in sustainability efforts? 

I’m a big supporter of sustainability and ocean conservation. I’m an avid outdoors person, I believe in leaving trails better than when I found them. Recently I’ve become a scuba diver and regularly participate in ocean/beach clean ups. I also try to reduce my plastic waste!

What can you tell us about yourself?

My name is Steven Natale, I live in sunny Los Angeles with my two cats and I’m stoked to be a part of the team! Outside of work my hobbies include SCUBA, gaming, Dungeons and Dragons, and plants. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone and getting to know the rest of the organization.
