Annual Remote Stipend
Besides paying for your work computer (a nice Mac!), we offer a one-time $600 home office stipend and an additional $600 annual budget for extra work-related technology or home office needs.

We believe in a healthy work/life balance, and that time away to reflect and refresh our minds makes us all more productive. We’re so committed to those principles, that we expect each employee to take all 20 days of vacation per year. Employees will receive 11 holidays and 2 floating holidays of their choosing.

We understand that sometimes you just need time to focus and get things done, that’s why we’ve implemented our no meeting policy every Wednesday.
