Tell us about your role at Virtual Peaker.
My current title at Virtual Peaker is as a Customer Success Representative – Technical Services. In this role, I’m responsible for promptly addressing and resolving any platform-related issues our customers or homeowners may encounter. Additionally, I serve as the primary point of contact for handling general customer inquiries.
How do you personally engage in sustainability efforts?
Currently, the location we’re living in utilizes solar energy. Outside of that, my wife and I try to do our part each and every day whether it’s our efforts in recycling, limiting our single-use plastic, or using our EV as our primary mode of transportation.
What can you tell us about yourself?
Born and raised in California to a German mother, much of my time was split between the United States and Germany. Growing up, my mother exclusively spoke German, so naturally that ended up being my first language. This is likely one of the many reasons why I am such an avid traveler today. Having friends and family in Germany, I still try to fly out and visit at least once a year, then tack on a few days to explore a new area, and maybe catch a football game (GO FRANKFURT!). Over the years, I have had the privilege of visiting numerous countries across Europe and beyond. Some of my favorite destinations so far are Germany, Italy, Cyprus, the Maldives, Holland, Greece, and Spain.
I also very much enjoy staying active, as it is a fundamental part of my lifestyle. Being a former professional athlete, competing in Kickboxing and MMA, I try to keep myself as mobile as possible through activities like swimming, cycling, and weightlifting. Plus it is always a great way to seek mental rejuvenation.
