AESP’s 32nd Annual Conference & Expo
Join the Virtual Peaker team next week, February 7-10, in Nashville at the AESP 32nd Annual Conference & Expo. Engaging in distributed energy resource (DER) technologies is imperative to satisfy the legislative initiatives necessary to meet global decarbonization efforts. Our DER experts will be there to meet with energy service professionals to discuss technology advancements and grid modernization.

With so many excellent energy conferences to attend, we’re excited to have the chance to meet you at DistribuTech Connect, on February 22-25, for their virtual tradeshow. RE+ Northeast
Utilities have turned to demand response programs and DER initiatives, as they struggle to satisfy higher demands while navigating regulatory and budgetary constraints. From February 22-23, we’ll have our very own Director of Client Marketing, Shadea Mitchell, on hand in Boston, Massachusetts at the RE+ Northeast energy conference on the panel entitled, “The Garage Powerplant: Unlocking Residential Flexibility & Resiliency.”

We’ll join co-ops from around the country in Nashville Tennessee March 7-9 for “THE Technology Event for Electric Co-op Professionals” at NRECA’s 2022 TechAdvantage. 45th PLMA Conference
PLMA’s 45th Conference is this April 4-6 in Baltimore, MD and we’re excited to report that we’ll be there! We’re looking forward to meeting with utility providers committed to enhancing their load management, demand response, and distributed energy resources, and we’re ready to help find the best solutions for your needs. Be sure to check out Monday’s 9 am working group session titled Spark DER Innovation (A PLMA Strategic Initiative), our very own Director of Sales, Eric Van Orden will be cohosting with other utility industry experts.
Energy Thought Summit
The hosts of the video game-themed Energy Thought Summit see a parallel between gamification objectives and global decarbonization efforts as they each reflect self-expression, freedom, and the sense of adventure and curiosity needed to modernize the grid. Running from April 11-14, this energy conference is designed to motivate and empower —level-up— utility providers to embrace the evolving energy landscape.
GridFWD
Join us at GridFWD this April 19-20 in Seattle, WA where we will join the utility community, partners, and friends from across the Northwest region. We’ll be leading a huddle discussion with our partners from PG&E titled Connecting Rate Design and DERs on April 20th at 11:30 am. We hope to connect with you while in Seattle!
Smart Energy 2022
Hosted in Halifax, Nova Scotia, the Smart Energy conference is an event to help utilities and energy providers of all shapes and sizes realize the best, most affordable path to the Net-Zero technologies needed for a carbon-free future. This energy conference runs from April 25-26 and will feature our Director of Client Marketing Shadea Mitchell as part of a panel on Efficient Smart Grid & Building Practices.
Utility Conference

A volunteer-run networking event, Switch is a fast-paced opportunity to learn from one another. Switch features Pecha Kucha-style presentations that bring the operational knowledge and ideas that can help utilities realize their renewable efforts, blended with humor and style. Switch is back for their first in-person event since the pandemic at 6 pm, May 18 at the Lodge at Woods Boss Brewing in Denver, Colorado.

We can’t wait to “experience the energy movement” at DistribuTech International this coming May 22-25 in Dallas, TX. We’ll have a meeting space on the show floor, MR-555 as a hosting space to have a quiet place to chat with utility providers looking for innovative solutions to meet decarbonization efforts and an evolving grid. RE+ 2022
Formerly known as SPI, ESI, and Smart Energy Week, the RE+ 2022 energy conference runs from September 19-22 in Anaheim, California, and is billed as the largest clean energy event. Powered by the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA), this event is designed to provide resources for utility providers looking for clean energy solutions. Join our VP of Client Sucess Colin Lamb for his panel session entitled “Demand Response: Driving Grid Integration through Flexibility” on September 20, 2022, at 4 pm.
