## How did your previous life prepare you for Virtual Peaker?

My last job was a lot like this one, just in a different country. I worked from home with a small team of three that I really liked. Everyone at the company was great to work with. The company was based in the UK, so I got to meet people from all over the world. My day-to-day was pretty similar to what I expect here: fixing issues, updating stuff, and talking to customers.

## Tell us about your role at Virtual Peaker.

My role at VP is to assist customers with technical difficulties they encounter while using our products. I employ various tools and resources to diagnose and rectify these issues promptly and effectively. My primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions.

## How do you personally engage in sustainability efforts?

I actively practice sustainability by incorporating eco-friendly habits into my daily life. I prioritize recycling and composting to reduce waste and minimize my environmental impact. Additionally, I opt for walking whenever possible, reducing my carbon footprint and promoting a healthier lifestyle. By making conscious choices, I strive to contribute to a more sustainable future.

## What can you tell us about yourself?

Simply put, I’m a fun guy. I like the simplest things in life. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I value quality time. I like working with great like-minded people who are passionate and purpose driven. I can be a bit competitive at times but with a kind heart. I love sports, I love a good read and I like to experience new things.
