Sr. Marketing Operations Manager

Virtual Peaker is looking for a high-performing and analytical Sr. Marketing Operations Manager who will help save the world by working to build the utility of the future. Role Responsibilities:

  • This role will help define the marketing strategy including campaign execution, reporting, marketing attribution, and segmentation
  • Building, maintaining, optimizing, and integrating a set of marketing tech stacks (including Hubspot, GoToWebinar, and other tools as needed)
  • Working closely with business partners across the organization including Sales and Customer Success to ensure our technology stack integrations span the entire buyer journey.
  • Analyze the efficiency of marketing programs, create and develop improved reporting systems across the marketing function (to support demand generation, content, digital, and SDRs), and develop insights where marketing could improve outcomes
  • Maintain HubSpot’s performance and optimize processes across multiple departments, ensure GDPR/CASL compliance
  • Create training documentation that guides the sales and marketing teams
  • Train teams on marketing software tools and our buyer’s journey
  • Audit use of marketing software tools with an eye towards continually improving how they are configured
  • Assist key business partners in measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and marketing automation programs
  • Oversee strategic and operational initiatives across marketing and with other functions to drive performance improvements, continuously enhance the impact of marketing and help the company continue along its fast growth trajectory
  • Collaborate across functions to structure problems, conduct analysis, and drive to solutions through a rigorous, data-driven process

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including more technical expertise
  • HubSpot expert
  • MS Office Suite expert, particularly Excel
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills, including the ability to concisely present project deliverables
  • Ability to work successfully with little guidance
