Join us in welcoming Beth to the Virtual Peaker team! ## How did your previous life prepare you for Virtual Peaker? I have a decade of experience in account management and have learned that building relationships with strong communication and respect are the foundations for success. My experience in marketing has given me the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work cross-functionally with many different departments to achieve my client’s goals. I’m excited to bring these skills into my role at Virtual Peaker to meet my client’s objectives and to make meaningful and positive changes to our planet. ## Tell us about your role at Virtual Peaker. As an account manager at Virtual Peaker, I will aim to work closely with my clients to understand their organization’s strategic goals and determine how Virtual Peaker can provide solutions to achieve these goals. I truly believe in the power of building strong relationships, and I look forward to fully immersing myself in this industry and my client’s organizations. ## How do you personally engage in sustainability efforts? I try hard to work sustainability into the small areas of everyday life. My family focuses on supporting local businesses, shopping at the local farmer’s markets, riding our bikes, and buying kid’s clothes from consignment stores. I am excited to learn more about how I can make an even bigger impact and incorporate more sustainability efforts into our daily lives. ## What can you tell us about yourself? Outside of the office, I love to spend time exploring Louisville with my husband and daughter. We love to try new restaurants, go to the park, watch football (Go Cards and Go Jags), and spend time with extended family. Watching my daughter explore the world and have new experiences has been the best part of being a parent, and that journey is just getting started! ### Come work with us to help change the world! He was previously at GE as an Advanced Systems Engineer in the Connected Home Software Group, but left that role in May 2014 to pursue entrepreneurship full time. Bill grew up in Louisville and returned with his family in 2010 after a long stint in the San Francisco Bay Area. He loves Louisville and is working to make it a better and more attractive city for high tech startups.
